To qualify for our corporate rates and services your order total* must fall between one of these price ranges:
$500 – 1000 15% Discount
$1001 – 2500 20% Discount
$2500 + 25% Discount

Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to make a return, you must make the return within 10 days from the date of receipt. A restocking fee of 20% of the non discounted price per item will be applied. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items to our New Jersey warehouse, and any items broken during shipping back to us will be deducted from your credit at the price you paid per item. You must use a carrier that provides package tracking like UPS, DHL, or Fed-Ex. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We accept responsibility for broken items received by you during shipping, only if you notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. We will only accept unopened and unused products. You will not receive credit for any products returned that have been either opened or used.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment. No resale. Individual items may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations. All returns and exchanges will be handled through the New York City Headquarters only. Sabon reserves the right to change order details at any time. Availability of stock may be subject to adjustments in pricing and delivery dates. Sabon requires a 30% non-refundable down payment to ensure the commitment of both parties, once a proposal has been accepted and before production begins. (The 30% down payment will be taken from the total discounted price). Sabon reserves the right to respectfully decline order requests.
