About this Greenwich Village shop

Located on the west side of Lower Manhattan in the heart of Greenwich Village, the Sabon Bath & Body Store was the very first Sabon in America. Head to the Village after work or dinner—we’re open until 10pm Monday through Saturday. The minute you get home, you’ll want to try all your products for the ultimate in relaxation. Or make it a day of it—there’s so much to see and do in the area including shopping at little boutiques, catching an off-Broadway show, leisurely strolling through Washington Square Park, grabbing a bite at one of the local eateries or having a coffee in a little out of the way coffeehouse.

Whatever you do, take some time out for you and indulge in our homemade body scrubs, including our world famous salt sea scrub made from salts from the Dead Sea, facial care products, essential oils that double as a fragrance and lotion, and amazing natural soaps that will make your skin smooth and baby soft. Our helpful, friendly staff is here to meet your needs to help you find the perfect gift for that someone special or even yourself. The minute you walk in the store, you’ll be greeted by heavenly smells that will make you immediately feel at home and relaxed, like you’ve entered a whole new relaxing world. And make sure to test some of our products including our lotions and scrubs. You definitely won’t leave empty-handed.

1. "I've been to most of the locations in NY and the one in Paramus. First off, you can smell the store coming....it is sensory heaven.

   
   

   The staff is always really helpful at Sabon, do the washing of the hands to test the scrubs...it's great! Sabon has really great natural soaps that last for quite a while and smell gooood. I am a self-proclaimed soap and body products FIEND and this place gets me EV-ER-Y time. There's no need to list the best soaps because every one I've tried is great.

   
   

   I highly recommend the Bath Salt Scrubs- the salt is coarse so you need to be considerate of your skin but it is THE best body exfoliator....your skin will be baby soft and smooth for days. Love it, try it, go often!"

"Sabon, Sabon.... damn you and your staff for being able to hone in on and call my bath product fetish... with one innocent query of "Would you like to wash your hands with one of our exfoliant salts" .... One scrub down in their marble sink and I was a chump, so softening and smelling heavenly. THEY KNEW MY WEAKNESS!! I walk out the door $50 lighter, but with some intoxicatingly wonderful body scrub salts and some rich body butter. This place might not be in everyones daily product price range, but so worth the splurge for an occasional treat or perfect for an indulgent gift for anyone."
